How do I return a pair of shoes?
Inside the package you will receive is a returns form. Please complete the form and send it back to us with the shoes in their box within 7 days. We will be happy to exchange the shoes or issue a refund providing the shoes are in their original condition and unworn. We are unable to refund the return postage but no further delivery charge will be due if an exchange is requested. We recommend that you insure the package when returning goods, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items that go missing in the postal system.

Can I order a pair of shoes that are out of stock or coming soon?
Most of our shoes are made to order and available in limited quantities so when we sell out we cannot guarantee being able to restock. However if you would like to be notified when our new stock arrives then please join the gang and sign up for the newsletter or request to be notified when a coming soon product arrives. We endeavour to ensure that our site only includes items we currently have in stock so unless you order at exactly the same time as another customer we should be able to complete your order.

On the rare occasions where we are unable to complete an order your card will NOT be charged.

How do I find out what size I should order?
The shoes are sized using the continental European system; please use the conversion table to see the equivalent UK or US size.

If you are unsure what size shoe your child wears, download and print out our sizing guide to measure your child's foot. Be sure to measure both feet as they can vary as much as one whole size and always order the next size up if your child is between two sizes.

When trying the shoes on make sure there is adequate room between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe. Make sure that the shoes fit properly across the width of the shoe by adjusting the laces or Velcro fixing if necessary. The back of the shoe should fit at the heel comfortably; if it is too loose it may rub.

Remember that if the shoes do not fit we will be happy to exchange them for you see "How do I return a pair of shoes?".

In addition we accept personal cheques drawn on a UK bank account. Please note that if you choose this method of payment your goods will be despatched 5 days after receipt of payment.
